Informational Purposes Only
Everything on this site (articles, condition guides, rate tables, statistics, and calculator outputs) is general information about VA disability ratings and the regulations behind them. None of it is legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or claims assistance, and none of it predicts the outcome of any individual claim. Calculator results are schedular arithmetic only; your actual rating is determined by VA adjudicators based on your specific evidence. Read our full disclaimer, and consult a VA-accredited VSO representative, claims agent, or attorney about your specific claim.
Accuracy and Currency
We cite every figure to 38 CFR, VA.gov, or another primary source and review articles before publication (see our editorial policy and methodology). Regulations change, rate tables are updated each December, and errors can slip through despite our review. Verify anything you plan to rely on against the official source, such as VA.gov or eCFR, before making a decision, and contact us if you find something out of date.

This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability

References to 38 CFR, VA.gov, and other U.S. government materials are works of the federal government and are subject to their own terms, not ours.
